Our current technology inventory
As currently configured, AMPLIFYY uses one versioned local storage record from its consent manager. Local storage is browser storage, not a cookie. It records your category choices, the consent version, and the time of the decision so the banner does not keep returning during the same consent version.
This record is essential storage. AMPLIFYY does not currently set cookies for analytics, advertising, or marketing, and no optional analytics or advertising technology is active on this site.

UK GDPR and PECR
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), storing or accessing information on your device generally needs your prior, informed consent unless a narrow exception applies. Essential storage is used because it is necessary to provide the consent choice and core site operation. Optional categories do not rely on that exception.
Where optional technologies are introduced, AMPLIFYY will ask first, explain their purpose, keep the choices granular, and leave them off until you agree. The related UK GDPR basis for optional processing is consent. Optional controls are never pre-ticked, and using the site is not conditional on accepting them.
05 / Your controls
Giving, changing, and withdrawing consent
- On a first visit, the banner offers Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences with equal prominence.
- Manage preferences lets you choose Functional, Analytics, and Marketing separately, while Essential remains on.
- Use the persistent Cookie settings button in the site footer or at the edge of the page to revisit your choices.
- If you withdraw an optional category, any future optional technology explicitly registered as AMPLIFYY-owned for that category will be removed or disabled. There are no such optional technologies installed at present.
Withdrawing consent does not reach into unrelated cookies or storage set by other services. It only applies to optional technologies owned and registered by this site.
06 / Leaving this site
Booking and purchase destinations
Some links, including booking and purchase links, take you to a separate destination. That destination may use its own cookies, storage, and consent controls under its own policy. This manager does not control those technologies once you leave the AMPLIFYY website.

Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You can raise questions or a request through the existing Contact / book a call route .
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you remain concerned about how your information is handled.

Policy updates
We may update this policy when the site, its technology, or the applicable rules change. If an optional category is introduced, the consent manager will ask for permission before that technology is loaded. The date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last reviewed.
